One’s adult life today is spent weighing the costs and benefits of our investments, whether it is money, time or energy. I can say, without a doubt, that this is by far the best investment I have made into my financial education. The Team at Nanban has taken me to a level of trading I never would have thought possible! It provides an easy and simple way to engage with the world of trading, without the uncertainties of the market. It removed many of the misconceptions that I had about generating cash flow and the fluctuations in the market. Who knew you could make money even when the market is down or volatile! Most of the time, making money means learning how to with a large subscription fee, but with Nanban I only needed to invest my time. The financial apprehensions of sending a child to college are hard on all parents, but with the help of the Nanban team I sleep easier. As a child we learnt that ‘a friend in need is a friend indeed’ and the team at Nanban have truly been my ‘Nanbans’. Thanks to GK and Nanbans.

I am very fortunate to be exposed to this GK Nanban’s group, thanks to my discussion with my colleague on options and trading. Couple of key things as to why I am very happy to be acquainted with this group. First and foremost is the community service mindset of this Nanbans group. Community Mindset The idea that what they learned on trading strategy can be shared to people free of cost to help one and all in the community is an amazing and laudable attempt, especially at the time when the community is hit by covid and people have lost money, lost jobs. After sharing the strategy every week they spend so many hours having Q&A sessions, WhatsApp, telegram support groups free of cost to answer any questions which is mind blowing. In addition to this they also have volunteers who go above and beyond and answer any queries personally at any time of the day. Trading Strategy Prior to this strategy like everyone I was also trying to do something in options for the last 10+ years only to lose my shirt and everything else in a mad attempt to chase the amazons & teslas of the future. After chasing all stocks and options all these years and losing money every time, I am very happy to have found a strategy which generates consistent cash flow irrespective of Market direction. I don’t have to lose sleep over whether the stocks are up or down and will the options become worthless. Thank you for the wonderful strategy and helping me in my march towards financial freedom.

This is Shehzad Jivani from Carrollton, TX. I had the privilege of attending the Cash Flow Strategies training at the end of May 2020. I was quite impressed and amazed at the simplicity yet effectiveness of the techniques that were shared (yet at no cost! wow!!) I felt so confident and comfortable right after the 1st weekend that I decided to dive in (old habit) on the following Monday to start implementing the Level 1 strategies [paper trading is for kids :-)] After a great 1st week of trading options, I was further enlightened with the Level 2 strategies the following weekend. The following Monday, I went ahead and implemented the Level 2 strategies with similar success. Going to week 3, I decided to mix it up and do Level 1 & 2 at the same time (I do realize that is not recommended but wanted to just try it out to see) After another great week, I have been practicing both Levels 1/2 on a weekly basis now for 2 full months. I cannot even properly express my gratitude to GK and the entire Nanban team for what they have done for me and countless other people. Teaching these life-long skills to all is an unbelievable act of kindness that no one can ever forget for the rest of their lives (and their future generations!) I hope and wish for the best for all Nanbans, and for them to continue to be successful and be at peace with oneself. Back

On hearing about Cash Flow Strategy and training, I decided to take the training. I was pleasantly surprised at how GK had broken down a fairly complex and comprehensive investment strategy in a few simple steps for us to follow. In addition, a trained volunteer team supported us through the initial trade execution and trade management process. Kudos to the Nanban team for serving the community by educating people on advanced investment management strategies that only a few people have access to.
